LEADERSHIP
Veterinary Medical Director
Provides clinical leadership for the hospital while ensuring exceptional patient care, medical quality, team mentorship, and operational excellence. Oversees medical protocols, supports veterinarians and technical staff, promotes continuing education, and collaborates with leadership to improve patient outcomes, client satisfaction, and hospital growth. Maintains compliance with veterinary regulations and advances a culture of compassionate, high-standard medicine.
Hospital Director
Leads the overall operations, performance, and strategic growth of the veterinary hospital. Responsible for financial management, staffing, workflow optimization, client experience, team development, and operational efficiency. Works closely with medical leadership to ensure a collaborative environment that supports excellent patient care and a positive workplace culture.
Veterinary Relations Manager
Develops and maintains strong relationships with veterinary professionals, specialty hospitals, referral partners, and industry representatives. Coordinates outreach initiatives, educational partnerships, networking opportunities, and collaborative programs that strengthen the organization’s reputation and professional presence within the veterinary community.


NUTRITION
Board Cert. Nutritionist
Provides comprehensive medical care including wellness exams, diagnostics, treatment planning, surgery, preventative care, and client education. Collaborates with hospital staff to ensure high-quality patient care while fostering compassionate relationships with pet owners. Maintains accurate medical records and stays current with advancements in veterinary medicine.
Animal Nutritionist
Specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in companion animals. Performs advanced cardiac diagnostics including echocardiography, ECG interpretation, and cardiac imaging while developing individualized treatment plans for patients with congenital or acquired heart conditions. Collaborates closely with primary veterinarians and specialty teams to provide advanced cardiac care.


VETERINARIAN
Veterinarian
Provides comprehensive medical care including wellness exams, diagnostics, treatment planning, surgery, preventative care, and client education. Collaborates with hospital staff to ensure high-quality patient care while fostering compassionate relationships with pet owners. TECHNICIAN
RVT, Veterinary Technician Specialist (Nutrition)
Provides advanced nutritional support and education for patients requiring therapeutic dietary management. Assists with nutrition consultations, patient monitoring, diet formulation support, client communication, and collaboration with veterinarians to ensure patients receive appropriate evidence-based nutritional care.
RVT, Veterinary Technician Specialist (IM – Cardiology)
Provides advanced technical support for veterinary cardiology patients through specialized nursing care, diagnostic assistance, and patient monitoring. Assists with echocardiograms, electrocardiograms (ECGs), blood pressure monitoring, cardiac procedures, anesthesia support, and long-term management of patients with cardiovascular disease. Collaborates closely with veterinary cardiologists and medical teams to ensure high-quality patient care and client education.
RVT, Veterinary Technician Specialist (IM – Small Animal)
Supports the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of complex small animal internal medicine cases. Assists with advanced diagnostics, patient monitoring, specialized treatments, laboratory procedures, endoscopy support, and client communication. Works closely with veterinarians and specialists to provide compassionate, detail-oriented care for patients with chronic or medically complex conditions.
RVT, Veterinary Technician Specialist (Anesthesia & Analgesia)
Provides advanced anesthesia and pain management support for surgical and medical patients. Responsible for anesthesia induction, monitoring, recovery, analgesic planning, ventilator management, and patient safety throughout all stages of anesthesia. Collaborates with veterinarians and specialty teams to develop individualized anesthesia protocols while ensuring the highest standards of patient comfort and care.
Registered Veterinary Technician
Supports veterinarians in delivering high-quality patient care through nursing, anesthesia monitoring, laboratory diagnostics, radiology, treatment administration, patient restraint, surgical assistance, and client education. Maintains accurate medical records while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compassionate care throughout all stages of treatment.
Non Credentialed
Veterinary Technician
Provides hands-on support to veterinarians and credentialed technicians in delivering patient care, treatments, and hospital operations while working under supervision as permitted by state regulations. Assists with animal restraint, basic nursing care, patient monitoring, cleaning and sanitation, preparation of treatment areas, and support during exams and procedures. Gains practical experience in clinical workflows while developing foundational veterinary technical skills.


ASSISTANT
Approved Veterinary Assistant (AVA)
Provides essential support to veterinarians and veterinary technicians in delivering compassionate patient care and maintaining efficient hospital operations. Assists with animal restraint, exam room preparation, sanitation, feeding, basic patient care, and client support while following established veterinary protocols and safety standards. Contributes to a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients, clients, and staff.
Certified Veterinary Assistant (CVA)
Supports the veterinary medical team through hands-on patient care, clinical assistance, and daily hospital operations. Assists with animal handling, treatment preparation, laboratory support, sanitation, surgical preparation, and client communication while maintaining high standards of professionalism and patient safety. Demonstrates foundational veterinary knowledge and technical skills through formal certification and training.
Non Credentialed
Veterinary Assistant
Supports the veterinary team with daily hospital tasks focused on animal care, client service support, and facility maintenance. Assists with animal handling and restraint, feeding, cleaning kennels and exam rooms, restocking supplies, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Works under supervision to help ensure smooth clinic operations and positive patient and client experiences while building entry-level experience in veterinary care.

Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering compassionate and professional customer service throughout the patient care journey. Client Experience Advocate
Serves as the primary virtual point of contact for clients, providing compassionate and professional support through phone, email, and digital messaging. Manages appointment scheduling, client communication, intake coordination, and follow-up care while ensuring a seamless and positive client experience. Works closely with clinical and administrative teams to support patient care, resolve client concerns, and maintain accurate documentation in a remote environment.


ANIMAL CARE
Kennel Attendant
Provides daily care for hospitalized and boarding animals including feeding, walking, bathing, cleaning enclosures, monitoring behavior, and maintaining sanitation standards throughout the facility. Ensures pets remain comfortable, safe, and cared for while supporting the veterinary team as needed.
Groomer
Provides professional grooming services including bathing, brushing, clipping, nail trims, ear cleaning, coat maintenance, and breed-specific styling. Monitors pets for signs of health concerns and communicates observations to clients and veterinary staff while ensuring a safe, low-stress grooming experience for every animal.
Dog Walker
Provides safe, reliable, and compassionate exercise and enrichment for dogs in a home or clinical setting. Responsible for scheduled walks, basic behavior monitoring, and ensuring each dog’s comfort, safety, and wellbeing during outings. Maintains clear communication with pet owners or staff regarding any observations, concerns, or changes in behavior while supporting overall physical and emotional health of the animal.
