Board Certified Veterinary Cardiology
Advanced cardiology services are coming soon to further support the diagnostic and long-term cardiac care needs of our patients. Our board-certified veterinary cardiologist will provide comprehensive cardiac evaluations, including advanced echocardiography (cardiac ultrasound), to assess heart structure, chamber size, valve function, blood flow dynamics, and overall cardiovascular performance with exceptional precision.
Echocardiography is a non-invasive, highly specialized diagnostic tool that plays a critical role in the identification, monitoring, and management of both congenital and acquired heart disease in companion animals. These evaluations may assist in the diagnosis and treatment planning for conditions such as heart murmurs, cardiomyopathies, valvular disease, congestive heart failure, arrhythmias, pulmonary hypertension, and other cardiovascular abnormalities.
Our cardiology department will also offer advanced live 3D transesophageal echocardiography (3D TEE), an innovative imaging modality that provides highly detailed, real-time visualization of cardiac anatomy and function. This advanced technology allows for enhanced evaluation of complex cardiac conditions and supports more precise diagnostic interpretation, procedural planning, and patient monitoring in select cases requiring advanced cardiovascular assessment.
Through advanced imaging technology, evidence-based medicine, and compassionate care, our cardiology services will emphasize a collaborative, patient-centered approach by working closely with primary care veterinarians and specialty teams to develop individualized diagnostic and treatment recommendations tailored to each patient’s specific clinical presentation and long-term needs. Our goal is to provide clients and referring veterinarians with a deeper understanding of their pet’s cardiovascular health while supporting improved quality of life and clinical outcomes.
Board Certified Veterinary Internal Medicine
Comprehensive abdominal ultrasound services performed by a board-certified veterinary internal medicine specialist will soon be available as part of our expanding advanced diagnostic offerings. Abdominal ultrasonography is an essential, non-invasive imaging modality used to evaluate the abdominal cavity and internal organ systems in real time with exceptional detail and diagnostic accuracy.
These advanced imaging studies allow for thorough assessment of the liver, gallbladder, spleen, kidneys, adrenal glands, urinary bladder, gastrointestinal tract, pancreas, lymph nodes, and reproductive structures. Abdominal ultrasound can aid in the investigation of a wide range of clinical concerns, including chronic gastrointestinal disease, unexplained weight loss, vomiting, diarrhea, endocrine disorders, urinary abnormalities, abdominal masses, fluid accumulation, organ enlargement, and suspected neoplastic or inflammatory conditions.
Our internal medicine specialist will utilize advanced ultrasonographic techniques to provide detailed diagnostic evaluations that support earlier detection of disease processes and more informed clinical decision-making. When indicated, ultrasound-guided aspirates and sample collection procedures may also be recommended to further support diagnostic accuracy and individualized treatment planning.

Board Certified Veterinary Toxicology
Specialized veterinary toxicology services are coming soon to provide advanced consultation and clinical support for patients experiencing known or suspected toxic exposures. Veterinary toxicology focuses on the identification, evaluation, and medical management of toxic substances that may pose serious health risks to companion animals.
Our veterinary toxicologist will provide expert guidance in cases involving household toxins, medications, plants, foods, chemicals, environmental exposures, rodenticides, recreational substances, and other potentially harmful compounds. Through evidence-based assessment and toxicologic risk evaluation, these services will help support timely recognition of toxic exposures and assist in determining the most appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for each individual patient.
In addition to direct consultation support, our toxicology services will include detailed case reporting and communication with emergency and critical care veterinary teams to help ensure continuity of care during urgent or life-threatening toxic exposure events. Toxicologists will be available to provide comprehensive case reports, treatment recommendations, toxicologic interpretation, monitoring guidelines, and follow-up care protocols tailored to the specific toxin ingested and the patient’s clinical condition.
Toxicology consultations may include exposure analysis, toxic dose assessment, decontamination recommendations, hospitalization and monitoring protocols, supportive care guidance, laboratory interpretation, and long-term follow-up recommendations when ongoing care is indicated. By working collaboratively with emergency veterinarians and primary care teams, our goal is to provide accurate, science-driven toxicology support that enhances patient safety, improves clinical outcomes, and delivers compassionate guidance throughout every stage of treatment and recovery.
